Southern Culture on the Skids, besides known to fans when SCOTS, is an Western music class action composed of Rick Miller (vocals, guitar), Dave Hartman (percussion), & Mary Huff (vocals, bass guitar). A band formed within Chapel Hill, North Carolina, USA, in 1985. Stylistically, it gravitate towards a rockabilly, surf rock, country music, and R&B genres, with outrageous humor thrown in. a band attracted a modicum of national attention inside 1995 by having the release of the song "Camel Walk" from either their album "Dirt Track Date".
